Inform Solver when Admin takes over dispute

If a solver takes a dispute and then the admin of that Mostro takes it over, when the solver tries to resolve the dispute (cancel or settle), Mostro will say Dispute not taken by you Instead, it should inform the solver that the admin has taken over the dispute.

Since the admin has a higher rank, it's not a bug that they can take the dispute from the solver. However, the solver should at least be informed about what happened to the dispute they initially took.
