Undo blocking a cookie?

I'm developing a web app and used Cookie-Editor in Firefox to delete a required cookie and see what would happen. Now the web app cannot set the cookie again, even after restarting Firefox. Suggestion: it should be better documented that "delete" isn't just delete, it's also block; and there should be a list of blocked cookies I can unblock.

Manually re-adding the cookie only works until the browser is closed. It remains blocked on subsequent runs.

Disregard. I figured out what was happening and it wasn't Cookie-Editor.
