Planet positions and elevations don't get saved

Issue: When saving on a planet, the planet resets to it's initial position on load, leaving you in space

Repro:

  1. Save on a planet
  2. Wait like 5 minutes so the planet is clearly in a different spot
  3. Save and reload (the game, not your weapon)
