Support both Right Click & Crouch Right Click for all Work Cards

As of now Work Locations Card and Work Pedestals Card toggle locations when Right Clicked only when not crouching, while Work Area Card` defines the area when Right Clicked only when crouching.

Unifying them both to work regardless of crouching will allow for consistency, and is necessary to help support the new Remote Inventory Targeting infusion as simply Right Clicking on a block entity that has a GUI (like a chest) opens the GUI and does not add it to the work card (you must crouch + right click).

Not flagging for 1.20 as this will have to be done in MowLib for that version.
