Inherit color of upload icon from theme

It would be great if the color of the upload icon and text beneath it can inherit the color of the theme automatically without having to specify it explicitly.

The color of the name would be good enough.
For example, the icon on the Reps card should be red, FSA card should be orange and on the mozillians card it should be blue.
