error loading doc if it refers to an asset you deleted

Student had a model with "DuckyMesh" on it, and then deleted it from their Assets. Errors loading after that.

Need to do more extensive checking of success of all external fetching and access.

I just pushed back a fix. Now both the editor and immersive player will check for assets errors and display a dialog. there is a button to dismiss and continue anyway, and then you take your chances.
