[1.19.2] Quark's Runes Incompatible w/ Guns

Quark's Runes, which add different enchantment glint colors do not properly work on most weapons. (Works with Grenade Launcher and Minigun) Best way to describe it is that the colored glint flashes between default glint and the applied glint color. I believe this is due to CGM's rendering method with Framework. Would appreciate continued support for 1.19.2 and have this issue resolved, as Quark is also a very popular mod. Thanks.
