Cross hair does not go away on 7800llapi core

[JPQ-31]

When you set the cross hair setting for the 7800llapi core to none the large cross hair is displayed.

Steps to reproduce:
Strat 7800llapi core
Open OSD menu
Open perpgials menu
Scroll down to Cross setting
Hit select to cycle through each setting until you get to none.
The Big Cross hair is still displayed.

I uninstalled the sinden mister driver and cross hair went away

I reinstalled the driver and the issue returned.
