medline_comments_corrections type not long enough

The field type in medline_comments_corrections needs to be more than 20 characters.
I encountered the following case:
- pmid: 18279948
- type: ExpressionOfConcernIn
I simply applied a change to the DB schema and test it against a couple of xml files from pubmed
