[Enhancement] View Delta Table Column Statistics

Currently, Delta Lake supports describing the schema, partitioning, and storage location information, but no way to quickly view which columns statistics are collected. This issue is to track a new helper function for viewing such information. This might be an important feature, particularly for Delta tables with liquid clustering enabled too.
