    • I think my problem is NOT with youtube-dl
    • I've verified and i assure that I'm running youtube-dl-gui 0.4
    • I assure that i am using the latest version of youtube-dl

Bug report

If the problem occurs when downloading a URL please provide the full verbose output as follows:

  1. Restart youtube-dl-gui
  2. Go to Options > Extra tab
  3. Enable Debug youtube-dl
  4. Go to Options > Advanced tab and Clear your log content
  5. Try to download the URL
  6. Copy the whole log content and insert it between the ``` part below
delete me and insert your log content here

What operating system do you use ?

ubuntu 20.04

List of actions to perform to reproduce the problem:

  1. .. I o to the official GitHub page, in the download section
  2. .. Click in the Ubuntu PPA link
  3. .. And the page that opens says " Not Found, The requested URL was not found on this server.
    Apache/2.4.18 (Ubuntu) Server at ppa.launchpad.net Port 443 "

What is the expected behaviour ?

that have the ppa '-'

What happens instead ?

dont have '-'

What operating system do you use ?

This project is abandoned. The ppa has been removed because all python 2 software is being removed, and youtube-dl-gui is written in python 2.

You can try this fork or my fork.
