As a user
I want to input my favorite genre and current mood
So that I can influence the playlist recommendations
Acceptance Criteria
- Input form for mood
- Input form for the genre
- Add submit buttons
- Have unique ids for each input
- Provide those ids to the back-end team
- Verify that each form displays on all screen sizes
