As a developer
I want to store my moods and Spotify parameters
So that we can influence our recommend playlist with user mood input
Acceptance Criteria
- Create mood.js file
- Add default variable for mood object
- Add placeholder moods with Spotify parameters
- Test to see that you can pull Spotify parameters when matching the mood
