Docking autopilot lock when using manual overridden values

As soon as either or both

Override Safe Distance
Override Start Distance

are used, the autopilot is going to the set minimum distance and then sticks there forever.

When disabling the overrides, the autopilot proceeds working, no matter if the automatic derived minum safe distance is further away or nearer.
When it's further away, the autopilot decides to first go there - even if the vessel is already 100% in line with the docking axis.
