As a user accessing the ERH, I want to be able to browse and search a catalog of available resources.

  • Resources should be loaded and cached from Airtable, building on #112.
  • Resources should be organized by actionable categories, like "Gather election data" or "Engage with experts".
  • Resources should be searchable. Search results are displayed as an uncategorized grid of resources.
  • Resources should link to dedicated pages containing more details and an "access" button: #119
