Extend named capture group support to aliases

Brief summary of issue / Description of requested feature:

I would like to see named capture group support (already present in the trigger engine) added to the alias engine

Steps to reproduce the issue / Reasons for adding feature:

1. Named capture groups can help with making aliases easy to understand in packages
2. Named capture groups are already supported in the Trigger engine, making support in the Alias engine logical.
3. Named capture groups should not interfere with any existing functionality in the Alias engine.

Error output / Expected result of feature

Named Capturing Groups are supported in the Alias engine.

Mudlet version I'm on: 4.17.2
OS: Linux Mint 21.3

This is something that has been on a virtual TODO list for a while but surprisingly there does not seem to be an issue for it!
