[download error: undefined] unable to install extensions on macos

I use macos 15 and when I download extensions from google chrome extension market, that is click the "add to flow" button, I encounter a download error. And I try to download different extensions and this error remain existing.

Can you please attach a log file from the session where you tried downloading the extension?
