Change so Svea Checkout orders are created based on OrderRows from the Booking in EduAdmin

Now only one order row is created in Svea Checkout with the total sum of the order in EduAdmin.

To be able to show both discounts and additional charges we should match order rows in EduAdmin(Bookings and expand on OrderRows) to order rows created in Svea Checkout.
