I was <able> to reproduce my issue on a freshly setup and up-to-date server with the latest version of Multiverse plugins with no other plugins and with no kinds of other server or client mods.

Newest Paper Build Broke MVI.

Just Start Your Server Up.
Expected behavior
To Work Properly.

Duplicate of #480, likely an issue with one of the paper's dependencies that parses YAML file.
