Shape of "ogonek"

I see a room for improvement in shape and size of ogonek ˛ in ą, Ą, ę and Ę. It is a bit too small and thin.

I have very little experience in typography, yet I decided to give it a try and to improve letters with ogonek.

Here's my work in progress (upper row - current glyphs; lower row - my changes):

I am happy with how lowercase letters look like. I don't know what, but there's something wrong about uppercases and they need some rework.

For reference, TeX Gyre Schola from the Polish GUST has:

I ain't Polish, but just from vague similarity I think you got it mostly right.

(You can't just take out the characters and run with it for legal reasons, unfortunately, unless you want to ask questions like "is LPPL and OFL compatible." The shape is not copyrightable in the US, but the vector curves are because they are "code".)
