android permissions

Attempting to grant accessibility to the killapps app brings up the windows accessibility settings page instead of one for android.

Open Android settings via typing wsa://com.android.settings
into the browser's address bar and then grant the accessibility permissions from there.

Ah. also if you have a launcher installed (Hyperion for me) I finally
noticed an icon titled Windows Subsystem for Android Settings!
