Tintmask not found

In npc records, tintmasks are assigned via a number that points to a number on a tint mask in the race record
if an npc was one race then changed to another but the tintmasks were not changed, you can get this error
it is relatively harmless since the only actual issue that happens is skyrim ignoring the non-found tintmasks during facegen generation however its worth mentioning at least
