The bot for a Shift Project Ryver chat.
Bot uses Selenium Web Browser Automation tool to parse Shift Explorer's Delegate Monitor page.
Bot can send the data to Ryver's chat forum and to Telegram.
In v0.1.0 bot gathering and sends messages with delegates who has status 'Not forging' or 'Missed block' on Shift TestNet.
