Update GPA calculator for weighted grades

MICDS is now weighting some classes with an extra .5 GPA. There will need to be an option to designate certain grades as "weighted GPA".
Should we separately calculate and display the unweighted GPA, or add the instructions to not mark any grades as "weighted" for an unweighted GPA.
