Add directions and increase UX for configuring aliases

Add instructions on how to configure your aliases. Possibly, display example assignments for each Canvas class so that people know which class is which.

I'm gonna be real chief, assignments look okay enough on Cronch that we probably don't need to write instructions for Cronch by today. It's definitely something we want to do, but not as urgent.
