Service Pages separated and Python service files accessible on different branches

All Python Service Files need to be WORKY for the branch they are on.

"develop" branch service files should be the basic worky script for a "develop" service.

and of course,

"master" branch service files should be the basic worky script for a "master" service.

These should be auto-tested every build,
and the Service pages should allow flipping from "master" to "develop"
