Mopidy output not playing on android or picroft/mycroft-core device

this works fairly well, except I can't get any audio output from mopidy play song x. It responds that it is playing song x, but no audio to either the host device or the android device.

just had to change the IP address in the mycroft.conf file from 127.0.0.1 to 0.0.0.0
