Display error when connector fails to connect

When a connector fails to connect, an error message should be displayed and we should remain on the detail view of the rule

@Myddleware i could not reproduce this bug, since the connector was deleted in the environment, and we usually have this type of handling in case of wrong login for instance. We need to see if this case needs to be handled or not, and how we could reproduce it
