target and current location set same: radar says about 1000 miles away

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. target set to current location while invoking radar.
2. didnt moved from current location.
3. radar says around 1000 miles away from target.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the dot is away from center.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version 1, android
