What steps will reproduce the bug?
Try to install the PPa - https://ppa.launchpadcontent.net/mythbuntu/35/ubuntu oracular Release
Ign:5 https://ppa.launchpadcontent.net/mythbuntu/35/ubuntu oracular InReleaseErr:6 https://ppa.launchpadcontent.net/mythbuntu/35/ubuntu oracular Release
404 Not Found [IP: 185.125.190.80 443]
