Describe the bug

It's a little unclear how to use. If I send url to my secondary device the website loads to a page with no map or information. Must both parties have the app installed? And since no iOS support in order to view location is this only strictly for Android devices? Does it matter if their device has issues trying to share their location? Can they still add my keyfile, url, etc?

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'generated URL'
  2. Wait to load
  3. Website loads to non useful information essentially blank, even on desktop mode

Expected behavior

After sharing URL, file, etc the other party should be able to view in a browser with nothing to download or perform on their part

Additional context

This app initially didn't work period for the longest on my device. Now it finally works only to be curious what the intended use case is as it seems recipient must have loc installed.... Sometimes, be it limited/no data, work device, don't want to install another app, etc getting the recipient to install an app and import seems like a hard sell and most will just ask for Google maps pins.

Priority

Please set a realistic priority on how important this issue is to you. We will fix all bugs, but urgent bugs (such as the app not starting at all for example) are more important than fixing some styles for example.

Probably Nostr relays are not working, try setting different ones.

Must both parties have the app installed?

Preferably, but the website should also work on desktop

And since no iOS support in order to view location is this only strictly for Android devices?

Locus does work on iOS too

Does it matter if their device has issues trying to share their location? Can they still add my keyfile, url, etc?

Not sure what you mean. Other people can import your keyfiles or URLs no matter if your device can currently share your location.
