False positive reported for Wayback running status

I was running into issues accessing my captures with v1.1.0b2.5. The application said Wayback was up but even the root pywb page reported a 404. Turns out, another service was using the same port but WAIL reported that pywb was up and running. The status check ought to be smarter to verify that the service at the shared port is the expected replay system. Once I killed the other service and restarted Wayback in WAIL, the WAIL replay system was accessible.
