For consistency recordings list command could return the same data recording download returns in recording header record, that is:
Index, Name, Start, End, Duration, Measurements
(or Samples - I am confused)

Done with tabs, not commas

Finally, I think got it. If I am not mistaken, recordings list should show number of Measurements (interval or event), not Samples.
A single Measurement is obtained by processing number of Samples, collected @10hz through out specified Duration - providing that no Events occur.

So the last column in the recordings list header should be Measurements.
