[Adding users] - reconcile champions team name with repo name

Champions team name is nasa-champions-yyyy and their repo name would be yyyy-nasa-champions. Could they be named the same to reduce confusion?

Yes, let's use the yyyy-nasa-champions convention going forward since that is what we use for the registry and google docs :)
