iCESM1.2 needs description of iCAM5 isotope outputs

There have been multiple inquires as to what isotope variables in CAM should be used, and specifically how they can be used to properly calculate the delta-values for vapor, cloud condensate, and precipitation. Thus this information should be added to the instructions directory to assist any future users who have similar questions.
