Update FAIR checks status wording to be consistent

Update the comments returned from the checks in the FAIR suite so all checks use the same wording for all checks, and also more completely describe what went wrong.
For example, for the check `entity.attributeUnits.present' update the wording for a failing check from
No attributes present.
to
No attributes were found so unable to check attribute units.
