After submitting a proposal the form was still in Editing mode for a while until suddenly turning to View mode

Affected Portal:
Select one: Events ( maybe all )
Description:
I submitted the proposal https://events-committee.near.page/proposal/97, which I confirmed via my-near-wallet. After being redirected back to the portal, the proposal was still in editing mode for maybe 10 seconds before it suddenly switched to draft mode. That made me unsure if it was really submitted, and it was also confusing that it suddenly changed mode without any indication. There were no loading spinner or indication that submission was in progress.

Reproduction Steps
- Create a proposal
- Submit and approve it via web wallet ( my-near-wallet )
- When redirected back to the page, observe that the proposal is still in edit mode
- Observe that after some seconds it switches to view mode
Expected behavior
When redirected back from the wallet, the proposal should not be in edit mode, and it should be a progress indicator ( a spinner ) indicating that submission is still ongoing.

Additional context
The reproduction of this issue should be possible in a playwright-test, where it would also be possible to create a video of it.
It also seems to happen something similar after marking the proposal ready for review, which when I did that, I was redirected back to this URL from the wallet: https://near.social/events-committee.near/widget/app?page=create-proposal&transactionHashes=4YWEHo5CSdKajEm43e9MJ1HjT8QJsxtg7BscoDxwpM2z It essentially brought me back to the create proposal form.
@ori-near please consider this for one of the coming iterations, I can look into the issue if you want to.
