[Projects] Inaccurate search functionality

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://test.nearbuilders.org/builddao.testnet/widget/Index?page=projects&tab=allProjects
2. Search for projects starting with 'b'
3. You can see that all projects whose title starts with 'B' are displayed along with some other projects.
4. Now search by typing 'B'
5. No projects are displayed.

Expected Behavior:
Both upper and lower case letters must be treated the same for the search functionality to work and other projects starting with other letters must not be displayed at all.

Styling error:
The outline on click over the search field is not extended till the end of the search bar.
("Remove it" : "Extend it completely" ) ??
