Rename community_overlap_merged to community_overlap

The _merged part was there to distinguish it from older versions of the function but we should just rename it to community_overlap which is simpler. No need to confuse with a long name that won't mean anything to people. Will need to change that everywhere in the codebase

Also Ostats_vignette should just be called Ostats
