add E4S Testsuite for e4s/23.05 and e4s/23.08

@wspear we have deployed e4s/23.05 can we get tests to run from E4S testsuite

@wspear i updated this task, we also released e4s/23.08, when you have chance can you please add tests for the latest e4s release.
