Add to Icinga 2 template library

This will not happen in the code of this project but in the Icinga 2 project. When the plugin reached v1.0.0 (which can not happen before the release of Logstash 5) it I'll contribute it ASAP to the Icinga 2 template library (ITL) so people can use it out of the box.
