Move Feature Branches workflow and Merge Request workflow closer together

Idea: the Feature Branches and GitHub/GitLab Merge Request workflow are so similar they could be moved closed together. This would move the more complicated Gitflow to the end of the "workflow" chapter.
So:
- Centralized Workflow
- Feature Branch Workflow
- Merge/Pull Request Workflow
- Gitflow Workflow
Since the Gitflow section is theoretical only, this would not affect the Labs.
