Hi, I am trying to run bidsify and running into this error:
/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/3.8/lib/python3.8/site-packages/bidsify/main.py:371: YAMLLoadWarning: calling yaml.load() without Loader=... is deprecated, as the default Loader is unsafe. Please read https://msg.pyyaml.org/load for full details.

Going to the website for pyyaml says that the yaml loader is now deprecated.
I am using MacOS Catalina 10.15; Python Version 3.8.2. I used to install bidsify and all dependencies.
My command:
< bidsify -c /Volumes/EXTERNAL/BIDS/config.yml -d /Volumes/EXTERNAL/BIDS/dicoms -o /Volumes/EXTERNAL/BIDS/nifti >
