list.files in Create_metadata.R too blunt

The list.files() functions pick up any xlsx or html files that dont have the phrase template in them. I got an error when an html was uploaded as a supplementary file for one of the indicators. Maybe we can focus the query towards certain folders? Or we can try to add an '_' prefix to all html and xlsx files that we dont want the app to find.
