Improvement: allow the use of filters created through the smoothie package within calc_zoi_cumulative.

Integration of usage of smoothie within calc_zoi_cumulative must not be done now, unless it is required/necessary.
Still, it is still possible to create weight matrices using smoothie and use them as input for calc_zoi_cumulative.
