OpenRelTable.cpp contains many constant number values like 5, 11, 12 etc...

• Extract Constants out of it and update the constants page?
• Lets refine the algorithms for this after a discussion @jessiyajoy as it appears to be unnecessarily wordy

• Students can search for the default records in AttrCacheTable and RelCacheTable and find these numbers for themselves
