Use interpolated BOF5 and KOF for "large" wastewater sites

SSB produce interpolated/"gap-filled" statistics for BOF5 and KOF (just like they do for TOTN and TOTP). Gisle has provided these figures for 2021 appended them to Totalpopulasjon.csv. However, because I only have one year of data with interpolated BOF5 and KOF, TEOTIL3 currently uses the raw/measured values in the miljøgifter file.
I have contacted Gisle to see if it possible to get interpolated BOF5 and KOF for previous years, but this may require changes to the contract between SSB and Miljødirektoratet.
As soon as possible, the model should be updated to use interpolated BOF5 and KOF, instead of raw values.

Note that, because the model now requires statistically interpolated BOF5 and KOF from SSB, I can currently only run it for 2021.
Using historic NIVA data, I have compiled all the inputs required to run the model for 2013 to 2021, except the interpolated BOF5 and KOF data from SSB. I have been in contact with Gisle to ask about this:
Could you produce data in this format back to e.g. 2010 fairly easily, or is it something that would require additional funding in your contract from Miljødirektoratet?
Possibly, but I can’t tell for sure before I’ve tried to create the code for extracting the time series you look for… 😊
