feat: improve gojudge-mid

Now, gojudge-mid can handle request successfully. But, it is verbose in code, has some issue in storage and should provide more functions.

TODO:

  • make sure all request can be storaged after handle
  • improve pkg/mq to unify the input and output
  • extract the repeated logic
