Can't convert Las to pnts,when using Docker on win10

hello, I want to process a 1.5T Las data, and i setup a Docker on my computer with a configuration like the fllow picture.

I do the steps ,first two steps were successed, but can't do the 3rd step, there is a error that is can't use potreeConverter.exe

please help,tell me what should I do?
