On Firefox 32.0.3 the minimap is shifted to the left and squished a bit in the horizontal direction as well.

Issue still present in Firefox 33.0.

We should use absolute positioning instead of bootstrap 'pull-right'.

The fix for #56 positions the minimap correctly. The searchbox now is very narrow in Firefox.
